Eric's
speciality is in Food and Beverage Consultancy and Recruitment.
He
is a Dutch national, who did his Hotel Management Programme
in The Hague Hotel School. He brings along with him 20 years
experience in the industry, working for companies such as
Ritz Carlton, Fairmont, Marriott and Renaissance. He has worked
in Europe, USA, Asia and the Middle East, and in the capacity
of both Director of Food & Beverage and Resident Manager
has extensive opening experience, completing 7 openings in
4 different countries.
Eric
is a great asset to the company, with extensive recruitment
experience during his time within the hotel operations; he
is extremely creative and passionate about Food & Beverage
and is very driven towards quality people and operations.
