Lynne Bellinger established The Hospitality Company in January 2002, after working as a Director of Human Resources here in Dubai.

"I wanted to establish a company which provides the kind of service that I would like to have received in my role as a Human Resources Director; something specialised in the area I know best which is the Hospitality industry. During my time in Human Resources here in Dubai, I was sometimes a little frustrated that I could not get quality 'middle management' candidates, especially as most of the companies deal with only the top level. I understand the needs of a 5 star hotel and can therefore offer a service to match the requirements. My experience in the region has also led to an excellent working knowledge of the hotels in this part of the world, and I can offer an experienced voice and up-to-the-minute advice to candidates".

Born in the UK, Lynne has been a part of the industry for 17 years, with the past 12 years focused specifically on Human Resources & Training. Lynne spent 7 years with Forte Hotels, in both the UK and Bahrain; 5 years with Sheraton in Dubai and 3 years with the prestigious Royal Mirage Dubai, where she successfully took on the initial opening project.
