Originally from The Netherlands, Eric’s 25-year-plus hospitality career has taken him to the four corners of the world, from Europe and the USA to Asia, the Maldives and the Middle East, where he specialised in developing and launching food and beverage concepts.  He has also held various Resident Manager positions for upscale international operators including Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, Ritz-Carlton, Marriott and Renaissance Hotels.

Having been involved at a senior level in seven highly successful international hotel openings and more than fifty restaurant and bar openings, Eric has a wealth of practical and strategic operations, project planning and hotel and restaurant opening experience.

In addition to his strategic role as Managing Director, Eric specialises in senior level hospitality placements and leads the consultancy team, providing food and beverage and business consultancy services.

The first point of contact for all food and beverage consultancy requests, Eric’s ongoing passion for the creation of quality driven venues, coupled with his extensive industry knowledge, enables him to deliver unique tailor-made solutions.
