Based in North America, Rutchel joined the team in 2010 and heads up the line staff recruitment division. She has more than ten years experience in human resources, having specialised in international recruitment and processes, project management and business development for the hospitality, retail and construction industries.

Rutchel began her human resources career in 1998 with a Saudi-based recruitment firmand later assisted in establishing Camox, a Philippines-based recruitment firm. Her set-up expertise subsequently saw her transfer to the US as marketing and recruitment director, responsible for developing business in USA, Canada, and Africa.

As Associate Director, Rutchel’s extensive experience in recruitment for five-star luxury hospitality companies throughout the Middle East, USA and Asia has enabled her to develop an innate understanding of international deployment processes and line staff recruitment needs.
