A UK national, Sam began her 10-year international hotel career with Millennium & Copthorne Hotels in London, specialising in the rooms division field before joining Hilton International to take up various postings in The Netherlands and Australia.

In 2004, Sam moved to Dubai and joined The Hospitality Company where, during her tenure, she spent a year based in London recruiting UK candidates for posts in the Middle East. Sam returned to Dubai in early 2008.

As Recruitment Manager, Sam is based in The Netherlands and acts as principal liaison with associate agencies outside of the UAE to manage international candidate search. Amongst other management recruitment activities, she also specialises in administering the Chef Placement programme.
