Originally from France, Stéphanie has lived and worked in France, Germany and, more recently, Mauritius where she now lives. Initially launching her own recruitment company where she represented a global HR solutions provider, focusing on the executive search of expatriates, she swiftly specialised in the hospitality sector due to demand for recruitment services for the region’s large number of five-star hotels.

In 2009, Stephanie joined forces with The Hospitality Company with the purpose of representing the company in the Indian Ocean. She is permanently based in our Mauritius office, and works with luxury resorts within the Indian Ocean, mainly in Mauritius, the Seychelles and the Maldives.
