Originally from France, Stéphanie has lived and worked in France, Germany and, is currently based in Mauritius where she runs the Indian Ocean office operation.After launching her own recruitment company under a global HR solutions provider, she refocused on executive search for the hospitality sector in the region.

In 2009, Stephanie joined forces with The Hospitality Company with the purpose of representing the company in the Indian Ocean and works with top luxury resorts located within the Indian Ocean, Mauritius, the Seychelles and the Maldives.
