My client, a 5* luxury property due to open in the 3rd quarter of 2012 is looking for a Director of Food & Beverage to join their team.

You will oversee the full departmental operations, as well as managing the costs, budgets and revenue generation.  Leading a large multi cultural team, you will ensure the highest standards in the operation, whilst adhering to all company standards.

Requirements include:

Experience in international, luxury 5* properties, preferably with pre-opening knowledge.

Creativity in concept development and revenue generation within outlets

Experience in managing large multi cultural teams.
